We have experience in restoring hardwood floors with refinishing or replacement, carpet, carpet pad, vinyl, lvp and more.  We have top of the line moisture meters and know what moisture levels your flooring needs to be both subfloor and the flooring itself.  We work along side you in a team workmanlike manner.

Our staff has a combined 120 years of flooring and design experience and one of our specialties is "Restoration" work.  It takes a lot more knowledge in this field, and we know how to help you get your house back together.

Communication is the key.  We stay in contact with you in the manner that you prefer the most whether that be phone call, email, text, or a combination of all the above. We know we are part of a team, and we all want everybody to come out well after a disaster happens as quickly as possible.  Our owner in particular has had 3 different water floods in 2 houses.  He knows what it feels like to find a kitchen full of water 6" deep.  He know what it is like to find a slow link and realize that all your wood floor has buckled, and their is a small lack under your carpet.  We understand what it is like, and we want to help get your clients homes back together as quickly as possible.

We have a team of dedicated interior designers and field technicians that are used to working with insurance companies, they know what "xactimate" software is and we help you by giving very transparent quotes that are line by line that help you with insurance companies.

It is important to keep to the agreed upon schedule.  We coordinate and work closely with you to make sure that we stay on your schedule and within a budget that you need to be at for a particular job.  (Unless of course the customer chooses to upgrade their project)

One of the many perks working with us in the Boise Idaho area for restoration is that when your customer purchase's carpet from us, we give them a bottle of carpet cleaner, that we will refill for them for the life of them owning the carpet they purchase from our store.  It is like the gift that keeps on giving, and a great gesture especially after somebody's previous carpet was ruined.
