He is a genuine, warm hearted guy who did not try to 'sell' us the most expensive carpet in the showroom. Rather he listened to our needs and helped us decide on the perfect carpet for us. Communication via emails was great. In my opinion there is nothing worse than someone who says they are going to do something and doesn’t! Matt Capell is not this guy, he is great!
